Do you think we have reached Earth's carrying capacity for humans? Why/why not?

Yes I think that Earth has reached carrying capacity for humans.  There are millions of people that don't have a home and food and are barely surviving each day.  Because of this over capacity of people we are running short of main resources like water and gasoline.  These resources are most wanted when it comes to humans.  And because we are overpopulated we are running out of these main supplies.  Because of this people are going to become homeless and there are going to be more of them as well.  I think that we need to have people more aware of this and control this.  That is why I think we have reached Earth's capacity.
