For this field trip we went on lakeshore of Bemidji Lake from bangsberg to Paul and babe and picked up garbage that was on the shore. The group that I was with was on the top of the road and we found a lot of garbage that was in little bushes and they were in hard locations to get. The garbage we found the most of was cigarette butts and a lot of candy wrappers. It felt really good helping out the environment and also helping the community of Bemidji it really got me closer to Bemidji. I really liked this field trip and will do this throughout my college years. It was a good way to end small group and I really enjoyed small group.
